I was born with an insatiable curiosity about people. Understanding what makes us humans tick β motivations, behaviours, and aspirations β has fuelled my career and shaped my approach to creativity. The more deeply we understand a business, its people, and its audience, the more effective our creative solutions become.
I've spent the past 26 years putting that philosophy into practice across industries, developing a keen understanding of what works and what doesn't.
Today, I'm excited by the potential of AI to reshape the creative process. By alleviating much of the burden of production, AI creates more space for the work that matters most: strategy and problem-solving.
